Polk Mechanical’s fiscal year ends September 30th and in FY 2011 the company performed $72M in construction and service. The new record represents an increase of 10% over their previous record set in FY 2009. This great success is due to the effort and dedication of our Polk employees and the continued trust of our devoted customers.

Polk Mechanical has over 100 active construction contracts, and is managing over 2,000 sites under maintenance contracts.

ENR magazine’s Top 600 Specialty Contractors list now ranks Polk Mechanical number 247 in the United States, up from 285 last year.
