The TEXO Distinguished Building Awards are acknowledged as one of the most prestigious awards of their kind in the nation. Polk Mechanical received this award in recognition of the work, skill, commitment, and passion for quality construction that went into the Hall Arts Center in downtown Dallas. Receiving this award from TEXO automatically qualifies Polk Mechanical Company and the Hall Arts Center for State and National Award competitions for both ABC (Associated Builders and Contractors) and AGC (Associated General Contractors).
