07 OCT 2007 Press Release – New Year Brings Leadership Changes

Grand Prairie, TX October 2, 2007 – On Tuesday, Ken Polk, President of Polk Mechanical Co. LLC through a company-wide email announced the following changes effective October 1, 2007:

• Fran McCann is promoted to Vice President – Chief Operating Officer. In his new role all construction and service operations will report to Fran. As Chief Operating Officer, Fran is responsible for the service and construction operations of the organization and provides direction and structure to all of Polk Mechanical’s operating groups. Fran is responsible for the accomplishment of short- and long-term strategic, financial and operational goals and directs the development of the organization to ensure future growth and success. • Yancey Jones is promoted to Vice President – DFW Construction Group Manager. All commercial and industrial construction will report to Yancey. As Vice President of DFW Construction, Yancey is accountable for all aspects of construction within the Dallas – Ft. Worth metroplex. In addition to managing and directing the industrial and commercial construction businesses Mr. Jones’ responsibilities also include leading and organizing estimating, detailing, warehouse and other support groups. • Bob Pruden is promoted to Vice President – DFW Service Group Manager. Bob is responsible for all aspects of our service business from fleet to personnel. Polk Mechanical provides demand service, maintenance agreements, and special projects to single and multi-site facilities.
